1. The service

AI Speak Dog provides AI-assisted analysis of dog-bark audio. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Accuracy disclaimer — not veterinary advice

AI Speak Dog is an informational and entertainment tool, not a veterinary diagnostic device. Bark classifications are estimates produced by acoustic heuristics and machine-learning models that have not been clinically validated. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, safety, or behavioural decisions. If you have any concern about your dog’s health or wellbeing, consult a qualified veterinarian. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any classification, biomarker trend, or alert.

3. Acceptable use

Record only audio you are entitled to record. Don’t misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service, and don’t exceed plan limits through automated means.

4. Accounts & subscriptions

Paid tiers are billed via Stripe per the pricing shown at checkout. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of recordings and dog data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process it to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
